## What the app will give you

- **A new-order notification on your phone**: A live notification will reach your phone with every new order, so you hear about it in the shop or on the road without opening a computer.
- **Orders and status changes**: You will follow your orders from the phone and change an order's status with a tap as your work moves forward.
- **Manual orders on mobile**: When a customer messages you on Instagram or WhatsApp, you will record the order from your phone right away instead of waiting for a computer.
- **Add and edit products**: You will add a new product or edit an existing one from your phone when stock arrives or something about a product changes.
- **The low-stock list**: You will see the products that are close to running out, so you know what to reorder from your supplier before they are gone.

## How you work today, and what changes at launch

1. **Today: open the dashboard in your browser**: The dashboard holds the home summary, orders, products and your subscription, and it works in the browser. Create your store and start there without waiting for the app.
2. **Before the app: get order alerts on WhatsApp or Telegram**: Verify your WhatsApp number to receive new-order alerts there, or use Telegram, so you hear about each order even when you are away from the screen.
3. **At launch: notifications on your phone**: Once the merchant app is published, you will manage orders and products from your phone and get order notifications there. No launch date has been announced.

## Before you wait for the app

- The merchant app is not published yet, so you will not find it in the app stores today. No launch date has been announced, and this page describes what is coming.
- Running your store does not depend on the app: the home summary, orders, products and subscription are all in the dashboard today, in both Basic and Pro.
- The merchant app is for managing the store, not for shopping. Your shoppers keep buying from your store link, as they do today.
