## What you find in the dashboard

- **A sales summary on the home page**: The first thing you see is a summary of your sales, orders and top products, so you know how your store is doing at a glance.
- **Orders and customers**: The orders section holds your orders with their statuses, and the customers section keeps each customer's record with their order history. Export the customers list as a CSV file when you need a copy.
- **Products with options, categories and brands**: Add a product and give it options such as colour and size, then arrange products in categories and brands so shoppers find them easily in your store.
- **Warehouses and delivery**: Add your warehouses and follow the stock in each, set delivery fees and keep the list of delivery companies you work with. Madar does not deliver orders, and on Pro you can link your account with Al-Waseet, Modon Express or Hi Express.
- **Coupons, staff, design and subscription**: Sections for coupons, for staff accounts and permissions, for the store design studio and for your subscription, so one dashboard covers your store, your team and your plan.
- **Quick search and a notifications centre**: Quick search takes you to what you want without moving between sections, and the notifications centre gathers your store's alerts for you to review.

## How to use the dashboard through your day

1. **Morning: open the home page**: Glance at the sales summary, orders and top products, then open the notifications centre to see what has arrived.
2. **During the day: follow orders and customers**: Open new orders and update their status, record what reaches you in chat as a manual order, and use quick search when you need something specific.
3. **End of the week: review stock and products**: Check the quantities in your warehouses, update your products and categories, and export your customers list to a CSV file if you want a copy.

## Good to know about plans and use

- The sales summary, orders and top products on the home page are included in both plans, while advanced reports are included in Pro only.
- Plan limits differ: products 500 on Basic and 5,000 on Pro, warehouses 2 and 5, users 3 and 10 (including the owner's account). Every other section of the dashboard is in both plans, except linking a delivery company account, which is on Pro.
- The dashboard works in the browser. The merchant app for iOS and Android is not published yet and is coming soon, and meanwhile order alerts reach you on WhatsApp and Telegram.
