- Shoppers cannot pay online from your store today, so cash on delivery is the only way to pay. The cash reaches you only after delivery, so plan your spending around that delay.
- Madar is not a delivery company: it does not deliver orders and does not collect the cash for you. Pass every order to your delivery company and agree with it how the cash reaches you. If it is Al-Waseet, Modon Express or Hi Express and you are on Pro, link your account and send the order with one tap; otherwise update its status yourself.
