Online store for phones and accessories, with clear stock and invoices

Madar lets you run an online store for phones and accessories where every item shows its model and colour and you track its quantity in each warehouse. You print an invoice for the shopper on A4 paper or a thermal printer, customers pay on delivery, and you set what each team member may do.

What a phones and accessories store needs

  • One item in many models and coloursPhone accessories are made for several models and colours, so you need to show an item once and set its model and colour as options.

  • The right quantity in the shop and the warehouseSmall items are spread between a shop and a warehouse, and one counting mistake is enough to sell what you do not have. You need the right quantity in each place and regular counts.

  • Search by model name, the way shoppers type itShoppers look for their model by the name they remember, in Arabic or Latin letters and sometimes spelled differently, so you need a search that finds it easily.

  • An invoice for the customer and permissions for staffSomeone buying devices and accessories expects to keep an invoice. One employee prepares orders and an accountant checks the numbers, so you need to decide what each account may do.

How Madar serves your phones and accessories store

  • A model and a colour for every item

Add a case once and set two options, Model and Colour. Every combination appears as its own item with its own quantity, and the shopper chooses on the product page.

  • A warehouse for every place, counts and a movement log

You create a warehouse for each place that holds your stock and see the quantity of every item in it. You run stock counts regularly to check the numbers, and the stock movement log keeps every change.

  • Search that copes with Arabic spelling and model names

Your store's search matches أ, إ and آ with each other, ة with ه, and ى with ي, so spelling does not lose the shopper. Write the model name in the product title, in Arabic, Latin letters or both.

  • A printed invoice and a clear status for every order

Each order's invoice comes out ready to print on A4 paper or a thermal printer. You follow the order through nine statuses: Delivery failed if the shopper refuses it, and Returned or Partially returned if something comes back.

  • Staff accounts with different permissions

You open an account for the person who prepares orders and another for the accountant, set what each account can do, and the activity log records what every account did.

Illustrative example: a phones and accessories store

You add one case with two options, five models and three colours, which gives 15 combinations, each with its own quantity. You keep stock in the shop and in a warehouse and see the quantity in both. An order arrives, the order preparer packs it, prints an A4 invoice and places it with the device. The numbers here are for illustration only.

Questions from phone and electronics sellers

How do I track stock if my goods are in the shop and in another warehouse?

You track stock in Madar across two places by creating a warehouse for each, so you see the quantity of every item in each one. The stock movement log keeps every change. Basic allows 2 warehouses and Pro allows 5.

What if a customer refuses a device on cash on delivery?

Customers on Madar pay on delivery only. If a customer refuses the device, you record the order as Delivery failed. Madar does not deliver orders, so you agree with your delivery company how the device comes back to you, then update the status, for example to Returned.

Can my order preparer have different permissions from my accountant?

Yes. In Madar you open accounts for your staff with roles for a manager, an order preparer and an accountant, and set in detail what each account may do. Basic includes 3 users and Pro includes 10, counting the owner's account.
