WhatsApp updates that reach the shopper
The shopper gets four WhatsApp messages: when the order is confirmed, when it goes out for delivery, when it is delivered, and if delivery fails. They are on by default, and you can switch them off for your store.
The shopper pays on delivery
Your shopper pays when the order arrives, with no advance transfer, and if nobody receives it you record Delivery failed. Madar takes no commission on your orders, and there are no hidden fees.
