Selling in Najaf: a religious city and its residential complexes
Najaf is a religious city that visitors from Iraq and abroad come to because the shrine of Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib is there, and visitor numbers rise in the visit seasons. It borders Karbala, Babil, Al-Qadisiyyah, Muthanna and Al Anbar, and the city of Kufa lies next to it. Its list of areas combines districts with residential complexes, and some names are close, such as Al-Zahraa and Al-Zahraa Residential Complex, or Hussein and Al-Hussein Residential Complex. These are different areas that may carry different fees, so make sure the shopper picked the right one before you prepare the order.
Delivery fees to Najaf, Kufa and the residential complexes
One fee for the districts of Najaf city is enough at first, say IQD 8,000 as an example. Then separate out Kufa and Al-Manathira because they lie outside the city, and review the residential complexes, such as Bawabat Al-Najaf Residential Complex and Abu Turab Residential City, according to how far they are from your warehouse. Before the visit seasons, ask your delivery company about its charges so you can update your fees. If the driver may not know a complex by name, ask the shopper for the nearest landmark. These figures are illustrative, and Madar does not deliver orders.

Questions about running a Najaf store
Can I set a separate fee for Al-Zahraa Residential Complex apart from Najaf's districts?
Yes. You can give Al-Zahraa Residential Complex, Bawabat Al-Najaf Residential Complex and Abu Turab Residential City each their own fee, because every area of Najaf has its own fee in Madar. Give each complex the fee that fits its distance from your warehouse, and change it whenever you like.
What is the difference between Al-Zahraa and Al-Zahraa Residential Complex in the Najaf list?
They are two separate areas in Madar's Najaf list, each with its own fee, and the same goes for Hussein and Al-Hussein Residential Complex. If the shopper picked one of them, ask for the district or complex name and the nearest landmark, so that the fee of a different area is not applied to the order, and change the fee whenever you like.
Can I sell to shoppers in Kufa and Al-Manathira from a Najaf store?
Yes. Madar's Najaf list includes Kufa, Al-Manathira, Al-Mishkhab, Haidariya and Abu Sakhair, which are areas inside the same governorate, and each has a delivery fee you set yourself. So shoppers in those areas order from your store just as city shoppers do, and you hand their orders to the delivery company you work with.
